Mass mutas was a thing in WoL, then died down in HotS, and is now making a comeback. Others may just focus on mass roaches with some ravagers. Some will get a 'safety' roach warren for a few defensive roaches to plug up a choke point against future ling aggression.
If you can get past the ling/bling stage, the matchup can diversify a bit.
